Welcome to my  6-Week Solution, a transformative journey designed to reshape not only your body but also your mindset. Over the next 42 days, you’ll experience what it truly takes to create lasting change by following The Solution. Six weeks (42 days) is more than just a number of days—it’s a powerful period proven to help you break through old habits, establish new routines, and lay a foundation for long-term success.

This program is built around the idea that transformation begins with self-awareness. Before you can change your body, you must first understand your habits, your current fitness and health routines, and the thought patterns that may be holding you back. By taking a deeper look at how you spend your time and the choices you make daily, you’ll uncover the keys to aligning your actions with your goals.

Throughout this course, you’ll learn about yourself and the choices that motivate or depress you. You will be able to set clear, achievable goals and create a roadmap to reach them. We’ll work together to not only improve your physical health but also to develop the mental strength and discipline necessary to sustain these changes.

This six-week solution is meant to ignite a transformation that lasts. When you finish this six-week solution, you’ll feel more confident, focused, and self-assured. So, you get to start a journey of discovery and focus.

 How to Use This Course

This is your  6-week solution. Follow these instructions, take your time, don't rush, and be completely honest with yourself. Only share the results in your journal. Believe it or not, a research study showed announcing your goals makes you less likely to complete those goals.

Each week, starting on Sunday morning, focus on one specific topic for the entire week. Read the material on Sunday, and throughout the week, apply the principles of the topic and complete the recommended actions. Spend a few minutes each day reviewing your progress and addressing any questions related to that topic.

The Solution identifies actions and habits that influence your life. It helps you assess whether your routines align with your heredity and nature and encourages you to disregard distractions like trendy diets or quick fixes.

You will need a journal and a pen or pencil. Dedicate at least 15 minutes each day to this task and set your intention to complete the six weeks.  

Use your journal to note discoveries, impressions, and next steps from the content and references.
Record:

  • List what you eat (e.g., fried chicken, mashed potatoes, 1/2-liter soda, bag of Skittles, ice cream, gallon of iced tea), focusing on quality rather than quantity.
  • Your exercise (e.g., Nothing, walking, jumping rope, yoga, etc.)
  • Your  reactions (itching, hives, rashes)
    • These reactions may appear 24–48 hours after eating the food.
  • Your responses to the questions, thoughts prompted, and epiphanies.

Only use your journal for this process as described above.
